Athlete's Foot
"I had this problem
of excessive perspiration for some time now. This would
not only lead to a bad odor but also skin infections. Since
the past few weeks I had noticed a dry and flaky patch of
skin in between my toes on the right foot. It would also
itch at times mostly towards the end of the day due to perspiration.
I tried applying some moisturizing cream but with temporary
relief. I consulted a doctor who diagnosed it as a fungal
infection. While surfing on the net for solutions to my
problem, I came across your site. I ordered for the Biogetica
Athlete's foot Essentials kit. I have been using it for
the past 6 weeks and the lesion on my foot has completely
healed. There is no itching or flaking of skin. I will continue
the kit for another 6 weeks as per your doctor's advice."

"My son who is 11 years old had developed a fungal infection
in his foot. He would not maintain proper hygiene which
had led to this condition. We tried numerous over the counter
creams and sprays but they would only help for a few months
after which the condition would return. Not finding a solution
we turned to the internet and found biogetica. I have been
using your SPAS Pro aseptic for him since the past 3 weeks.
The skin over the affected area has regained its original
texture and look and the athletes foot problem does not
seem to be coming back as it used to previously. I apply
this preparation at least 2 times a day and intend to continue
so for some more time." Laura, NJ. |
About Athlete's Foot
Athlete’s Foot or Tinea Pedis is a fungal infection
affecting the foot. It usually first occurs on the toes
and then spreads to the toenails, soles and sides of the
feet. It is caused when a particular type of fungus grows
and multiplies on the feet. Athlete's foot is contagious,
and can be passed on through direct contact, or contact
with items such as shoes, socks, stockings, and shower
or pool surfaces. Men are more affected than women. It
is the most common skin ailment after acne. Up to 15%
of people in the US suffer from Athlete’s foot at
some point in their life.
